I always said that Mary Kate and Ashley Olson were the devil, and no one ever believed me. But now I have proop!! See, in Colombia the U'wa Indians have always had a sacred tradition... newborn twins must NOT remain with the tribe because they are DIABOLICAL and a punishment from the gods. In fact, tradition states that twins must be killed and their parents have to be subjected to ritualistic cleaning to remove evil spirits. Unfortunately in a state-run health clinic last week, an U'wa mother gave birth to devil twins!!! Respected media sources in Colombia say the twins have already received a death sentence from tribal leaders, but a headman from the tribe insists the killing tradition has been stopped... and that the twins will "only" be expelled from the tribe.
Ladies, do you ever wonder how exactly the mink or fox that you're wearing as a coat was killed??? Well, in Beverly Hills animal rights activists got a measure on this May's city ballot that would require the tags on fur coats to list the gruesome details of how the animal was exterminated. The tags would say, "Customer notice... This product is made with fur from animals that may have been killed by electrocution, gassing, neck breaking, poisoning, clubbing, stomping or drowning and may have been trapped in steel-jaw leg-hold traps." Obviously, the town is tom over whether the cute, cuddly little animals' pelts should come with the warnings, or whether it's a ploy by the animal rights groups to eliminate furs altogether.
.....Well, you have come to the right place! The following information will help you through the pain and blood of getting groovy hair. My words of wisdom were obtained through personal experiences, and other peoples web sites. I'M REALLY NOT AND DO NOT claim to be a professional at this, therefore i can not be held responsible for your actions. I have been dyeing my hair for a while, and I dont know a lot of the nitty gritty about how to get what you want from your hair dye. But, to tell you the truth, a good hair dye-job is a not as difficult as you might think! Not all of this information is original. I have collected it from various web pages WITH THEIR CONSENT! HAPPY GROOVY-ING!
Garbage clothes and towels
Rubber Gloves (can be purchased at a beauty supply store)
Bleach or Baking Soda for un-dyeing hands and grout, never tried it
Good music-i reccomend somthin like KoRn
Scrappy comb
Aluminium foil or plastic bag/cap,shower cap
Hair dye (duh stupid!)
Experiment, have fun, it's only hair, it grows back, and if you can't wait that long, dye again, this is the most important
Brace yourself for the worst, or most unexpected results, it can be difficult the first time around to get exactely what you want. My hair turned piss yellow!
look for steve the producer and his funky hair
Dye your hair in a damageable zone or outside
Rinse hair properly and safely, use backyard hose or bath tub faucet and close eyes. Try not to let the rinse run down you skin.Or if your makin mooshine in your bathtub use the kitchen sink!
Be patient, good colors come to those who wait
Don't do anything you might regret, ever, unless you are a free spirit!
Dont ever do anything to your eyebrows, lashes, scalp, skin, dog, AND NEVER EVER BLEACH YOUR GUINEA PIGS HAIR!
Don't pick a color drastically different from your current hair color, unless you are prepared to work harder for better results. Except for bleaching. WORK TOTALY SUCKS!
Don't ever believe what the product labels tell you, experience will prove otherwise
Don't trust the color samples on the product labels, but you should know this already. Dont trust labels on anything unless i say! STUPID REPUBLICANS!
.....Hair Color Duh! Depending on the type of dye: you might achieve better results if you bleach your hair platnum blonde first. Because most outragous hair colors only show up on light hair, however, there are some dark hair dyeing options. my hair is natural dark black kinda but i bleach it to a piss yellow or what ever you wanna call it. Grow your hair out and see your roots.
.....Shampoos They usually take the colors out in non-permanent dyes. A good shampoo is important for before and especially after dyeing. I have found from other webpages experience that a GOOD shampoo and conditioner are the primo factors in having healthy hair. I bleach my hair, yet because I use shampoo, I have nicer hair than your average whitetrash joe who washes with only water or beer!
.....Conditioners Typically you do NOT want to condition before dyeing your hair, as the color will not take as well and will come out quicker. Usually, people only use conditioner (no shampoo) after coloring our hair to rejuvenate it. This is especially important following heavy bleach jobs and permanent dyes. It also helps to keep the semi-permanent dyes in longer. Conditioner can be used prior to dyeing to shorten the color lifetime. A good conditioner is probably the most important thing for healthy hair, and can make even heavily bleached hair healthy looking! I myself think conditioner is for wusses!
.....Time The longer the dye is left in the better it will take (think asymptotically).Be careful when bleaching, rinse when you have reached your result you want. Be careful because bleaching can burn your scalp and skin and leave nasty little red marks so be careful!
.....Heat By putting your hair in a plastic bag and heating it with a hair dryer opens the hair shaft more, asorbing more dye and speeding up the reactions. Try a shower cap.
.....Moisture Obviously, hair is easier to work with wet hair. Don't allow the dye to dry out. Usually, you can just add a little bit of water to moisten things up and keep the reactions going.
.....Other Hints (i have gotten these from various dudes and dudettes, all will help the color take.) #Shampos with Baking Soda prior to dyeing to get rid of extra oils in hair#Shampoo/bleach your hair just prior.# Keep hair moist.# Put developer in your hair to soften it for 15 minutes then towel out all the developer.# Brush color through your hair every 15 minutes.# Put hair under plastic or foil and heat.
